BOOKING PROCESS
We realise how painful this process can be so we have made a real effort to make the booking process as stress free as possible. However, we’re sure you understand we need to know you are who you say you are. So this is what we need as follows. FYI we can do all this before the booking by e mail or whatsapp to save a lot of time on the day.
1 - Driving License
Take a picture or scan of both sides and send over to easypeasy@kwgrental.com or wapp to 07742 755737. NOTE - We will also want to physically see this on the day. No license on the day no van.
2 - Driving License Check Code
Most rental companies now ask for this. It allows us to see your license is valid / what vehicles you can drive and also how many penalty points. Follolw this link and obtain a code. Then message us with the code. https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
By sending us the code you agreed that you are happy for us to view that data.
3 - Utility Bill or Alike
This can be in paper or app form - The bill needs to match the address on the driving license.
No matching address no vehicle.
As mentioned all of this can be completed before the rental. Then just sight of driving license on the day.
All our vehicles come with insurance and roadside recovery included in the price. There are no stealth hidden fees or silly deposits unlike most of our competitors. The only other figure is insurance excess of £500 pounds. This is compulsory and non waivable. This means if the car is in an accident or damaged, you pay the first £500 pounds.

All our rates are VAT and Insurance inclusive. NO hidden fees that you find out on collection. At KWG RENTAL, we take pride in providing top-notch rental services to our customers. We are also a vehicle repair and MOT facility so feel free to mention any niggles you may have on your car when collecting. We could even fix it before you get back !!
